ConsoleDrop operates a digital store for console activation keys, codes, and digital subscriptions.

After purchase and successful payment, we deliver digital content only (no physical goods).

Product availability, regional compatibility, and platform requirements are displayed on product pages and may change at any time.
3. Accounts & Security

You may need an account to place orders or access certain features. Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abuse.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

5. Delivery of Digital Keys

Once payment is confirmed and fraud checks are passed, keys/codes are delivered on-screen, by email, and/or to your account area.

Delivery is typically instant but can take longer due to security checks, payment authorization, or system delays.

You are responsible for providing a valid email and ensuring your platform account (PlayStation/Xbox/Nintendo) meets regional and platform requirements.

We are not liable for failed activations due to region locks, platform restrictions, or user-side issues (e.g., wrong region, banned accounts, parental controls).
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Digital Content)

If you are in the UK/EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (like keys/codes), you lose the right to cancel once (i) delivery begins and (ii) you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal right at checkout.

If you do not consent and we have not delivered yet, you may cancel within 14 days.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because keys are single-use and become valueless after viewing/activation, refunds are generally not available once delivered/seen/activated.

We will replace or refund a code that is proven invalid or previously redeemed provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and follow our verification steps.

We may require evidence (activation screenshots/logs). Abuse or chargeback fraud may lead to account closure.

Orders can be cancelled before payment is captured or delivery begins by contacting support promptly.
8. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the Website for illegal purposes or in violation of platform terms (Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo).

Provide false or misleading information or attempt to circumvent region locks or fraud checks.
